Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary
New Entry Signage
 
In 2011 we were approached by Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to replace their existing café sign with a new illuminated sign for their new attraction, Yanguwah, the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Dinner and Show.
This involved removing their existing sign and building a new fabricated box made from aluminium composite panels.
The face was covered with digitally printed and laminated vinyl including a laser cut panel in the shape of a headdress.
Letters were then laser- cut out of 12mm black acrylic and the backs were routered to inlay red LED lights to back-light & halo the letters and give a red/orange glow to the background at night.
Installation involved 5 staff to remove the existing sign and install the new sign which was in one piece 4.7m long and 670mm high. Yanguwah
