As Chairperson of the the Burleigh Heads Police Community Consultative Committee I (Margie Gardner), I invite you to come to our next Community meeting.
The Burleigh Heads Police CCC has been established to develop an effective community safety and crime prevention partnership between the Police and Burleigh Heads wider community, allowing police to service the community in an informed and co-operative way.
The Police CCC will have potential to identify underlying problems that can lead to crime and disorder, and through the development of collaborative partnerships with State Government, local government, the business, and residential communities, work together to address those issues.
Membership of Burleigh Heads Police CCC is broadly based, ensuring that a cross-section of community input on issues of policing concern is obtained.
When: Next Monday - 21th June 2010
Time: 5pm to 6pm
Where: Fradgley Hall (above the Burleigh Heads Library), corner of Park Avenue and Ocean Street, Burleigh Heads.
