Breaks Interstate Park now on Facebook
The Breaks gorge may be millions of years old, but you're never too old for Facebook, right?
Our Facebook page went live last week, and even though it's still under construction the fan base is already growing. "We're really excited about being more involved online. I think this will help us connect with many of the people who enjoy the park and feel connected to it," said Superintendent Matthew O'Quinn, "With nearly a half million visitors annually, there's lots of people out there to keep in touch with," he added.
We'd love to have you join us, too! As a fan, you have the opportunity to share with others your own park experiences. You can post photos of the park and your adventures here, as well as reviews, and comments on our discussion board. Find out about what's going on, and enjoy just being a part of Breaks Interstate Park. To visit our site, or join as a fan, go to Facebook and search Breaks Interstate Park.

Wi-Fi Hotspots met with enthusiasm
It's always good to take a break from the hustle bustle of everyday life. But we also know how important it is to be able to connect with your home or work if you need to. That's why this season we felt it was imperative to provide visitors with more communication options.
This year, visitors have enjoyed two new high speed wireless hotspots where they can check their email, or just surf the web. These areas have seen use all summer, from teens downloading their favorite songs on iTunes, to businessmen keeping tabs on their offices. Hotspots are located in the Rhododendron Lodge lobby, and at the Visitor's Center. Try them out next time you visit!
