It's that time of the year when we find ourselves most reflecting on the year that just flew by. Some of us may be asking questions like, "is what I'm doing making a difference? Does it really matter? Did I move closer to my goals? Where do I need to improve? And, what am I going to do different next year?"
As an organization, we're asking the same questions and we can say with much certainty that we ARE making a difference. There is much work to be done. Delaware is a troubled state. For every one marriage there is a divorce. The environment protecting our freedoms and our limited government cannot exist when the cost of family fragmentation is skyrocketing. Beyond these realities, the pressures that plague our families feel insurmountable at times.
The problem at its core, as well as the solution, is spiritual. Our purpose is to promote Biblical worldview teaching and action throughout our state and as a result, the sanctity of human life is protected and defended from its very beginning to its natural end; marriages and families are strengthened and supported by public policy, not attacked or weakened; and religious liberty is affirmed, free from government interference.
Will you stand with us as we fight to strengthen families? Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to Delaware Strong Families.
Our team is resolved and committed to taking the light of Truth to very dark places right here in our state. As a way of life, beyond a season or campaign, we are committed to stand with one foot firmly planted in Truth, and the other firmly planted in love.
We wish you a blessed and Merry Christmas!

PS. In 2012 we'll be hosting our first Candidate School, plan to launch a fatherhood initiative like none other, host a sold out Pastors & Leaders Summit on March 8th with keynote speaker David Barton of WallBuilders, create the marriage task force, and work with our Legislators to pass policies that protect your parental rights while keeping a close watch for legislation that would weaken the family. Read more here about our accomplishments in 2011. Watch your email for important updates, 2012 is going to be big! If you would like to volunteer in 2012, email us. Please note, donations to "DE Strong Families" sent by mail (address below) must be post marked by DEC 31, 2012 to be counted as a tax-deductible contribution.
