What do NYHS and Dartmouth Have In Common?

Greetings!

Recently, Dartmouth put out a short video (available at the end of this letter) that details why their inefficient business model is such an effective academic model.

What do Northwest Yeshiva High School and Dartmouth have in common? Actually, a lot!

We both produce a world class product, discount the price by over 50%  and give certain buyers who need it even more of a discount. We both solicit donations: tzedakah to help us educate and nurture our students, the very job we do best!

Though this may seem like an inefficient business model compared to Wall Street standards.  It is consistent with NYHS values, AND IT WORKS.

At NYHS,  our students  receive a high quality and meaningful education that gives them the tools to be Jewish leaders today and in the future. We make this unique education accessible to all Jewish teens. We don't deny anyone a Jewish education because of cost.  Our students are mentored and taught by skilled educators.  Our youth compete in our ever-changing world and are accepted into top tier colleges, universities, yeshivot and seminaries everywhere!

Yes, like Dartmouth, we have a "wacky business model". But once you understand that we are a mission-driven organization and not a profit-driven enterprise, it will make perfect sense.

Every day we are busy accomplishing our sacred mission! Please partner with us today and help us nurture and grow tomorrow's Jewish leaders.

Please make a gift to our Annual Fund.

Giving is easy:
