Dear NYHS Parents and Students:

It is now time to sign up for Golf and Track, both of which will start on 2/28.  

To ensure we are able to successfully field squads, our sign up deadline is 2/2. No experience is necessary as all our programs are no-cut. However, we insist on a sincere commitment in terms of time and effort.  

To meet the deadline, we will need the following:

• A check for $400 (golf) or $350 (track). You may submit a series of post-dated checks as long as we receive them all at once.

• A medical form on file signed by your MD, RN, PA or ND. They are good for two years. If unsure, check with me to see if we have a valid medical form on file. If this is your first time participating in an NYHS sport, then you will need one for sure.  (Link to this form is below)
• A parent and student signed copy of the NYHS Participation Form. (Link to this form is below)
• A parent and student signed copy of the the Leystedt Law. (link to this form is below)

In the event that we do not have enough participants to field a Track team, your check(s) will be returned. We will not deposit checks until we are sure we can field a squad.

Drew Artiaga will return as the Golf Coach. We are in the process of  searching for a Track Coach.
