PG&E Offers Customer Rebates

Pacific Gas & Electric Company is offering two potential rebates to its customers:

*STEAM TRAPS- $200 per steam trap for Industrial High Pressure (>15 psig)

*PIPE INSULATION- Deemed rebate of $2 - $4 per square foot depending on thickness and tank solution temperature (must be foam or fiberglass insulation)

If you believe you may qualify for one of these rebates, please contact your BPS sales representative and they can help verify your qualifications. We can also perform a steam trap survey for you to determine whether or not your traps are performing properly.

When it comes to making our customers happy, our sales staff will jump through any hoop to see that it happens. Last week, Art Garcia from our Imperial Pipe and Supply location was making a routine sales call to a customer of his. While he was visiting with the maintenance supervisor, the customer's supervisor came in to get a sheet of gasket material. They did not have the material at their location and it wasn't an item that was in stock at Imperial Pipe. However, Art knew that he had another customer who DID happen to stock the 3 x 3 sheet of gasket material that they needed. After a quick phone call, Art was on his way to pick it up. Within a half hour, the customer had the material they needed. Art's customer then told his boss: This is why we buy from IPS; their great service at no extra cost.

The disc and body seat engage with no rubbing of the seating components.
