Center Tapped for Rhode Island Municipal Turnaround
We want to keep you updated on our role in assisting the State of Rhode Island and the City of Central Falls. The Collins Center has been hired to give technical and managerial advice to the state-appointed receiver, overseeing all financial and operational functions in Central Falls. The Collins team is led by Steve McGoldrick and Dick Kobayashi. In making the announcement, Governor Carcieri made note of Collins personnel and our experience in assisting in municipal turnarounds.
