6.  Drink adequate pure water and nourishing fluids every day because hydration is key to cellular and lymph health.  Herbal teas provide valuable nourishment.  There are very specific formulas that can assist with blood, tissue, and organ tonification, as well as cleansing.

 

7. Nourish yourself.  Go organic with your diet and be environmentally friendly with all of your food and household products.  Eat an

immune-supportive diet.  Reduce the total load your body and the earth has to clean up.  Get an air filter for your home and your workplace, if possible.  Be in natural environments whenever possible. Breathe fresh air, notice the beauty, and just listen.  Remember, don't sweat the small stuff!!
