Thank you and praise God for all of you who have so generously given to the cause!
49 people from the e-mail ministry, and from Lighthouse Church have contributed $2990.00!
The Leaders of the building arm of the trip have raised $1100 and donated some supplies for the medical arm.
Total available for the Medical Mission is: $4090!
WOW!
We have a budget of about $4900.00 for the medical team:
Medicine, Supplies, Equipment - about $2500.00
Travel, Lodging, Food about $2400.00
(For Josh and I) Donations - $4090.00
So we still need to raise $810.00 preferably before the 8th of August.
We had a great night of preparation last night. We sorted through the equipment and medicines and will be packing Wednesday.
Please take a moment to pray about whether God is calling you to help. If, ( AND ONLY IF! ) He is, you can either send a check (see below) or hit the paypal button below and use a credit or debit card. Even $5 would help.
Most importantly please pray that we would show the love of Jesus to these desperately poor people.
