Tips for CORPORATE MEMBERS
Between January 2 & 5, 2012, Corporate Member contacts will automatically receive an email containing their Username and Password, which are required to access all membership benefits and services. Please note that you will NOT have access to any of the following functions until you receive an email with your Username and Password. Click here to read our previous communication regarding this.
Review Your Company Profile
- Login to your account
- Click on the link beneath "Do you want to view your member profile?"
- You will be able to review your profile in the Corporate Member Summary section
- Under the "Logins" tab, you will also see a list of all contacts associated with your Corporate Member account
- From here, you can also add Opportunities and input your Spend
Add or Manage Your Company Contacts- Login to your account
- Click on the link beneath "Do you want to view your member profile?"
- Under the "Logins" tab, you will see a list of all contacts associated with your Corporate Member account
- To add a contact: click on the "Request New Login" button; fill out the "Login Request" form with the new contact's information; the new contact will receive an automatic email from NCMSDC with their Username and Password
- To disassociate a contact: select "Disassociate" next to their login and click on the "Disassociate selected user" button
Search for Certified MBEs
NCMSDC Staff is working to provide you with access to our local database of Certified MBEs as soon as possible. For those of you with access to the National MBISYS Database, we encourage you to utilize this in the meantime. We thank you for your patience and will email each Corporate Member contact with instructions once this function is enabled.
What to Do if You Forget Your Password or Encounter Login Issues- Go to this link and click on "Forgot Password?"
- You will be asked to type in your "Username" (which is your email address) and "Email"; note that you should type your email address into BOTH fields, since your Username is also your email
- The NCMSDC system will then automatically send you an email with your login and password
Please do not contact NCMSDC as we do not have access to your password information. Change Your Password
- Login to your account
- Click on "My Account" at the top of the web page
- Enter a new password (and re-enter it to confirm)
- Click on "Update Account"
Your new password will then be saved in our system.
