Nexus designs for Sinocclusive

We recently completed the design of new branding for Sinocclusive, a startup company which designs and develops devices for sino-nasal surgery applications. Sinocclusive's breakthrough device will dramatically shorten the duration of the surgery.

On this project we set out to design a professional, clean look for a high tech company that would be producing "game-changing" medical devices. A modern and legible font was important because it was an unfamiliar, portmanteau name. We then chose to add a subtle graphic that was descriptive of the technology.

Sinocclusive CEO Todd McKinney said, "Nexus has done terrific work for us, developing a wide array of creative alternatives from which to choose our logo. Ultimately we arrived at a logo design that is eye-catching and meets our needs perfectly. They were always available, responsive and easy to work with through the entire process, and their attention to detail was outstanding. We recommend them highly!"

If not now. When?

Although it wasn't much of a summer weather-wise, fall is here. I've been talking with clients and prospects and even though they're still cautious, many are gearing up for new print and digital campaigns for the fourth quarter.

The Direct Marketing Association cites that advertising overall is on the upswing this quarter, with several forecasters revising their projections upward. Marketers are reporting higher confidence levels in their expected future profitability. Over 50 percent of marketers and 57 percent of suppliers are projecting improved bottom-line performance. Digital channels continue to gain - with e-mail, social, search, online display and mobile advertising increasing.

That's good news in this sluggish economy. Take a look at our website -- we'd love to work with you.
