 Dr. Hicks is Project Access NOW's founding chair. His leadership as a volunteer physician has been crucial as we have connected nearly 700 patients to care in the last year. As Dr. Hicks moves on to increased leadership with the Oregon Medical Association and passes on the position of Chair of Project Access NOW, we want to recognize him and thank him for his contributions as we look forward to his continued participation on our Board of Directors.
This is a critical time for Project Access NOW. We are connecting people to healthcare. Today. As the number of low-income uninsured swells over the next several months, we are committed to stand shoulder to shoulder with our many partners to make a positive and significant impact on the lives of the most vulnerable in our community.
