Greetings friends,

Lorie Burch Headshot

lorie@burch-law.com

I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather and getting ready for Spring!

For my newsletter this month, I am focusing on two

important topics that seem to come up quite often:

"Legal Planning When Starting a Family" and "Planning

for Aging Parents".

Also, please note my next seminar is April 12 and will focus on

one of the video topics...what every parent should know about estate planning for their children.  Please invite family, friends, clients, and neighbors!

Very truly yours,

Adults caring for aging parents, or helping them move into a nursing home or assisted living community, might also be responsible for the parent's belongings that are no longer needed (furniture, antiques, dishes, etc.).  This can often times be a difficult and emotional task which is why enlisting the help of a professional estate sales coordinator makes the most sense.
