When you store your healthcare documents with DocuBank, you receive a customized DocuBank Emergency Card that makes all of your critical healthcare documents available.  Your Card will include our law office's contact information. 

 You can sign up for a one year membership or a five year membership.  If you sign up through my law office, the cost is $25 for the one year membership and $95 for the five year membership.  Our office will take care of uploading all of your documents to the DocuBank website as a courtesy to you! 

As a courtesy to ALL my clients, if you contact me by May 31, I will provide you a complimentary one year membership!  Additionally, for all clients who refer someone to our office by May 31, I will provide a complimentary five year membership!
