Dear Posse,
RED ALERT
At the town meeting on 03.30.10 in Ft. Hancock, TX, across
the Rio Grande from Porvenir, MX, some townspeople said they
wished there was an alert system for the border like the one that has been in
place since 9/ll. Sheriff Arvin West
spoke up and declared (regarding the border) "We are in red alert."
At that instant the Holy Spirit washed over me as I was
reminded of a gift I received five years ago - a painting by prophetic artist
Jean Shen showing a horse running in the sunset. Here is what Jean had to say about the picture:
"The painting of the horse running along the shoreline in a
red sunset is a call to prophetic intercessors to arise and protect the borders
in this pivotal 'red alert'
time. May their 'hoof beats' be heard
and their voices rise up in praise of Him, proclaiming the goodness and mercy
of the Lord!"
Jean also shared two scriptures verses for the painting.
"From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets the name of the
Lord is to be praised." Ps. 113:3
"Mercy triumphs over judgment."
James 2:13
The picture included this personal note, "Pam, if you start
weaving, the Lord will provide the thread!"
Though I couldn't know it at the time, my networking
with intercessors over the past 6 years has progressed into what is now the
Border Sheriff's Posse.
Psalm 113:3 was easy to understand from the beginning, but
only tonight as I wrote "Mercy triumphs over judgment," did I realize why the
Lord gave that verse to Jean. We are in a time when we, as a nation, deserve judgment. Thank God His mercy does triumph over
judgment!
When Sheriff West declared, "We are in red alert," I heard
those words echo out into eternity, and I knew it was official. WE
ARE IN RED ALERT!
A DEADLY RESURRECTION
SUNDAY
Tuesday's town hall meeting in Ft. Hancock was held because
of the influx of people coming across the border due to the Sinaloa Cartel
posting signs in Porvenir giving people 30 days to leave or they would be
killed and their houses burned. Today, April 1, was the deadline to vacate the town. The
cartel is trying to forcefully take over the territory in the Valley of Juarez
on the east side of the Mexican state of
Chihuahua. Signs have now gone up in 10
more towns, including Guadalupe and Caseta, stating the people need to
be gone by April 4 or be killed. Why April 4? The Sinaloa Cartel and the Juarez Cartel, along with their
enforcers the Azteca gang, are preparing for a major shoot-out on RESURRECTION
SUNDAY.
One orphanage in Guadalupe had to evacuate today. They were able to place 65-75 children in
homes and vacate their property.
I spoke with someone from another children's ministry, and
they are staying put for now. They have
no place to go, even though they are seeking an evacuation plan. Many of these ministries are at least partly
staffed by U.S. citizens who won't return to the U.S. and abandon the
children.
Last night two homes were burned in Porvenir and two in
Esperanza.
One critical piece of information... even though there are
thousands of troops in Juarez, the Mexican military have not been seen in the Valley of Juarez, just
east of the city, since these small towns were targeted a few weeks ago.
Another place where staging for a major battle is taking
place is in Ojinaga, MX, across the Rio Grande from Presidio, TX. It has been reported people are moving in
with large weapons in preparation for a "major uproar."
If you have a TX map and look directly southeast of El Paso
you can see many of the communities mentioned.
Record numbers of people are showing up at the border crossings asking
for asylum.

OFFICER INVOLVED
SHOOTING IN LAREDO
Today a Border Patrol agent in Laredo, TX caught a load of
drugs (Laredo sits on the border). When
confronted, the smuggler accosted the agent and tried to take his weapon. During the struggle, the drug smuggler was
shot to death.
Posse, this is a traumatic situation for any officer, but
there is something else that now is always taken into account. If you are new to the Posse, we closely
supported the VERY UNJUSTLY convicted former Border Patrol agents who were
grossly abused by our federal government to appease some in MX. That incident and many more where officers
were prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney, Western District of
TX for doing their jobs sent a loud and clear message to agents that they better think twice because
they might be prosecuted.
An incident a
couple of years ago in AZ clearly points out how these prosecutions affected officers on the border. When a human smuggler was being stopped, he
drove straight at a Border Patrol agent, ran him down and killed him. There were officers on the scene
who hesitated to stop the smuggler by shooting until it was too late to save
the officer's life. There is a bigger
picture being painted here, and it has to do with the future of North America.
FYI. You might
wonder why a smuggler would take such a risk going for an officer's gun. Well, if you could ask the man who was
kidnapped from his home in broad daylight in Horizon City (a very few miles
outside El Paso) a few months ago who was found dead in Juarez a week later
with his hands cut off and a finger shoved down his throat because he lost (was
caught with) a 670 lb load of marijuana, he would say it was worth his life to
not lose the drugs.
PRAY
Let's cover this Border Patrol agent in prayer and pray he
will be quickly cleared of any wrongdoing so he can go back to doing his
job.
Please continue to pray for safety for the dear people in MX
who are caught in this terrible stronghold, especially those fleeing their
homes on threat of death and those who may not have any place to go.
Pray the Lord's light will shine brighter as the darkness
continues to fall.
Please pray for the many ministries in these very poor
communities.
Requests from the leader of one of these ministries from Juarez...
Pray the angel of death will pass over them and all those to
whom they minister.
Pray God's protection for the people.
Pray they will not have to evacuate.
Pray they will remain invisible.
RED ALERT
I know many of you live so far away from all of this that
you've had no idea how serious the border situation is. THIS IS THE GREATEST THREAT
TO NATIONAL SECURITY THE UNITED STATES IS FACING.
WE NEED YOUR HELP AND
SUPPORT ON OUR SOUTHERN BORDER.
CAN YOUR HOOF BEATS
BE HEARD IN THIS "RED ALERT" TIME AS YOU RIDE TO THE DEFENSE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?
SOUND THE ALARM
More than a year ago the Lord spoke to me to "Sound the alarm," to call fresh troops to
reinforce those who live in the WAR ZONE. Driving through Hudspeth County, TX
and praying for Sheriff Arvin West on New Year's Eve 2008, I was led to
continuously play the bugle call, TO THE COLORS (flag), as the sun set over a West Texas
mountain.
Never has the call been
more urgent than it is at this moment.
Join me as we "ride"
the borders of the United States in intercession.
Pam
