DowntownPulse Survey Program Launches

dtnPulse The Downtown Bozeman Association launched a new web-based customer experience feedback program on July 1, 2012 titled "DowntownPulse." The initiative is designed to allow customers of downtown businesses to share their perceptions via a web-based survey with business owners and the Downtown Bozeman Association. The survey program provides customers the opportunity to rate an individual store, as well as provide feedback on their general downtown shopping experience.

Currently, 7 downtown businesses are participating in the pilot program. These businesses include; Owenhouse Ace Hardware, Country Bookshelf, The Leaf & Bean, Heyday, Nova Café, Heeb's Grocery and Gallatin Laundry. All of these businesses were chosen to reflect the different types of businesses seen in Downtown Bozeman including restaurant, retail and service. DowntownPulse is designed to cover the entire spectrum of businesses calling downtown Bozeman home.  Read More

Keeping Downtown Beautiful

dtnbeautiful Summer is in full swing and downtown has never looked better, thanks to the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) maintenance program. The BID maintenance program administers several on-going beautification efforts including the flower baskets, trash removal, and graffiti remediation. Since you supposedly never get a second chance to make a first impression, the BID maintenance programs strives to ensure downtown is attractive and welcoming.

Over the years the BID maintenance program has grown to include one full-time and two part-time employees: Lincoln Kroft, Liz Keegan, and Thomas Rupp. The employees are supervised by Jess Edelen, the Downtown Partnership Operations Manager. Downtown would not be the most attractive downtown in Montana if it were not for the dedication of the BID maintenance staff.  Read More
