 The Downtown Bozeman Partnership hosted the 2011 Annual Montana Downtown Conference October 12-14. Most activities and speakers were held at the Bozeman Public Library and the Baxter Hotel and featured local and regional experts on subjects ranging from street beautification, to e-marketing and historic tax credits. Downtown Businesses and Properties Receive 2011 Beautification Awards
On November 3rd, over a dozen businesses and individuals will receive Bozeman Beautification Awards presented by the Bozeman Beautification Advisory Board at the Annual Award Ceremony at Beall Park at 7pm.

Downtown Trick or Treat - October 31
Downtown Bozeman is the place to be on Halloween! Join us from 3-6pm on Monday, October 31 for a spooktacular, safe evening of traditional trick of treating in downtown! So, parent's let your kids enjoy the brisk outdoors for a little Halloween fun in Downtown Bozeman and gather goodies at over 125 businesses! Hot drinks will be available outside the Downtown Visitor's Center at 8 East Main Street. We will also have patrol cars and "safety sams" located at the intersections to help slow down traffic and make your experience as safe as possible! See you there! Click here for more details

"Whats New" - October 2011
There are always new things happening in the Downtown Bozeman area. Whether it's a new business opening, an existing business remodeling or just a simple update, I want to keep you informed about what going on in Downtown Bozeman! As we welcome back the students and head into fall, Downtown Bozeman continues to welcome new businesses and changes in our thriving district.
Rocking R Bar is Back When the Rocking R Bar originally opened in 1947; who could have known the ir fate? When Ralph Ferraro bought it in 1978 it was a "down-home" Montana bar until they renovated in 2000 by adding a center bar and a modern touch. Then, in March of 2008 there was that fatal day in Downtown Bozeman when a gas explosion destroyed numerous downtown buildings including the one housing the R-Bar and took one precious life. Santa Fe Reds Opens 2nd Location in Downtown
Santa Fe Red's has been a well-known Bozeman restaurant for over 15 years so, when Jared Bratsky and Mike Myer bought it 4 ½ years ago, they knew they had a tradition to uphold. Now, with General Manager Bruce Traught, Executive Chef David Floyd and Assistant General Manager Amanda Olson they have made some noticeable changes to their menu, have opened a new full-service downtown location and even opened a "satellite" grill inside the R-bar all while continuing to offer great local service and the food we've all grown to love. Plume Bridal Offers a Personalized Wedding Experience
Plume Bridal has recently opened in Downtown Bozeman at 40 West Main Street and owner Leigh O'Donnell is excited to, "provide a memorable wedding experience." After Leigh was helping her sister shop for her wedding dress at places like Kleinfeld in Manhattan, she realized what a fun and memorable experience finding a wedding dress can be and she knew it was time to get back in retail. The Downtown Bozeman Association and My 103.5 are teaming up to bring you"Ladies Night" in Downtown Bozeman on Thursday, November 17 from 5-10pm.Nobody enjoys a night on the town more than the ladies, and this event givesthem MORE of what they're craving...a fun, stress-free evening of dining and pre-holiday shopping in Downtown Bozeman! There will be specials and promotions at over 35 downtown retailers, restaurants and bars! So, grab your friends and come downtown on November 17 for a fun and welcoming evening! 2011 CatGriz Pep Rally - November 18
We are pleased to announce that on Friday, November 18 at 5:30pm on Main Street at the intersection with Willson, we will be throwing a Pep Rally in Downtown Bozeman to show our Bobcat Spirit and help the football team get pumped up for the annual match-up between our own Montana State University Bobcats and the University of Montana Grizzlies. This event is brought to you by numerous local businesses and organizations including; the Downtown Bozeman Partnership, XL Country, Plonk, MSU Alumni Association, MSU Student Alumni Association, MSU Athletics, The Cannery, Ted's Montana Grill, The Bacchus Pub, The Leaf &Bean, Chalet Sports and more. This has become a "cannot miss" community tradition!
