Your support during 2011 made a difference in more than 140 children in 73 families, providing them with food, utilities and a place to call home. Without your support they would have been in the dark, hungry and quite possibly living on the streets or in a shelter.   We assisted 12 students in obtaining their General Education Diploma (GED) thus giving them the opportunity to move forward in improving their job opportunities. One young woman was able to set up an appointment to sit for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam. This is the state licensing exam which will open more doors for this single mom.   The New Year is here, and Radiant Hands would like to continue its mission of helping families improve their living conditions.
