TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW
There are only two more weeks for you to purchase and/or reserve your tickets for "A Radiant Evening for Giving", our 6th annual fundraising gala. We have collected a number of fine art pieces from well-known local (Margaret Tolbert, Jim Wilson, Robert Ponzio, Elanor Blair) and national artists (Rahima Wear, Shireen Rahman, Lina Fakhouri, Nadia Janjua, Mohammad Hatiq) for sale and auction at the event. We also have unique items that include golf for four at the Gainesville Country Club (valued at $350), photography package from Johnston Photography (valued at $500), dinner for two at local restaurants, and more! If your child needs community service hours, this is an opportunity to fulfill that requirement. We need computer savy students to help with sales, people to greet and take tickets at the door, some who can assist at the displays for cash sales, in addition to help setting up the artwork, tables for display, and finally taking down art displays and ensuring the room is satisfactory when leaving. We have been accepted to participate in the 30th Annual Downtown Festival and Art Show on November 12 & 13. Please plan to visit us at the booth, more details coming. We are still searching for artists who can join our henna painting. Lots of time to make plans for the day, come for a couple of hours or the afternoon. We appreciate all help offered.
