Greetings!
Peaceful Paths
Perhaps some of you are aware, the Peaceful Paths shelter for
abused women and children in Gainesville was victimized by an angry
arsonist. The structure was a total loss, and must be re-built.
In the past, a few of the Directors of Radiant
Hands, met with this group and shared some of the culture and religious
requirements for Muslim women. Peaceful Paths welcomed the insight.
Should you be suffering, you need not feel alone, this group can help you
confidentially. Let us join together and make a monetary donation, small
or large, and assist this organization with their work.
Executive Director of Peaceful Paths, Doctor Theresa Harrison says
they are working harder since the fire. Doctor Harrison says Gainesville residents
have donated enough to furnish the new space, but they still need help. Doctor Harrison says the
organization hopes to begin rebuilding early this summer.
Should this need touch your heart, we are accepting financial donations until
the 20th of April for this worthy cause. Please indicate on your donation
it is for Peaceful Paths.
