Dear Friends of CFFC,

Seasons Greetings!

We have once again come upon a special time of the year: one that is full of celebration and excitement, but, for many, one that also becomes an occasion for stress, trauma, and crisis.

This is especially true for the populations served by CFFC. Our organization experiences a dramatic increase in the demand for programs and services during the holidays.

At this moment of diminishing budgets and growing need, we are relying on your help more than ever to make sure that we can continue to support children and families through this season.

Please add CFFC to your gift-giving list this year.

We would sincerely appreciate any monetary donation you could afford, as well as any donated items from our holiday wish list.

In the spirit of the season, make a donation in honor of a loved one! Nearly 60% of Americans have a family member or close friend who is either an adopted person, an adoptive parent, or a birth parent of an adopted child (The Evan B. Donaldson Adoption Institute's 1997 Benchmark Adoption Survey). Think carefully about who you know that has been touched by adoption and the importance of their ability to access specialized services such as those provided by CFFC.

When you are giving to others during the holidays, please remember the crucial work we do here at CFFC and consider making a tax-deductible gift that will directly support our mission to help children feel safe, seen, and valued, and to adjust to the challenges of being, or having been, moved from one family to another.

All are much-needed as we expand to a new location, in an effort to provide even more services and programs.
