Thank you for reading another installment of SIT REP! Picture this- you crawl out of bed and waddle to the bathroom to relieve yourself. You not knowingly stop to check yourself out in the mirror. It's early, the lights are dim and you mistakenly think "hmmm...I'm actually looking pretty good!" APRIL FOOLS! Come on, turn the lights on, throw on your workout clothes, and get your ass to the gym. Better yet, pack them and then come to our boot camp at night! If you are in the 25% of the US population that is not overweight then the above imagery may not apply to you. Guess what- you better go to the gym anyway or you will be out of that dwindling group of fit people. Don't get mad, get moving TURD! Love, Laz and Andy
