Greetings!

WARNING: This newsletter may offend some people.  We do not pretend to be 'P.C'. or concerned for your feelings.  It is not our intention to offend or hurt anyone, but we really don't care if we do.

Thank you for reading another installment of SIT REP!  Let's start with a reality check right off the bat.  If you half-ass your way through your workouts you will NEVER get results.  If you believe those infomercials that tell you that you can get results using some piece of shit gimmick a couple times a week for 20 minutes then you are an idiot!  Grab that piece of crap and throw it in the garbage so you can get rid of that constant reminder of how you wasted your money in these tough economic times.  Wake up people!  Their is no substitute for a lot of hard work.  Yes, a lot.  Get out their and bust your ass 5 or 6 days a week and eat well and you will start to shrink.  Anyone who tells you that you can see significant measurable results from working out 2-3 times a week is a fool.  If you really don't like the way you look then put down the ice cream and GO WORKOUT!  Saying you don't have time is the lamest excuse out there.  You have time, trust us.  We feel it's important to not b.s. you or baby you with lies or half truths.  Hope you appreciate this.  Don't get mad, get moving TURD!

  • SET Turd Tommy 'Kim Jong Il' Wang (to the right) lost over 20 pounds duing the 2nd Annual Coconut Grove Fitness Challenge!  Way to go Tommy!  Now let's get off another 40!
  • Saturday, April 11th we will be nice for a change and offer a FREE boot camp class at Kennedy Park at 9:30am.  This is open to anyone regardless of how weak and pathetic you are.  Chances are you won't be the worst turd to show up.  Please consider spending your precious Saturday morning with us.  Class size is limited so if you have not already confirmed your spot you need to get off your ass and email us
  • MORNING BOOT CAMP COURSE INFO: On Tuesday, April 21st we will launch a Tuesday/Thursday morning 4-week course.  It will take place from 6:30-7:15am in Kennedy Park, Coconut Grove.  This course will include 8 boot camp sessions and HELL DAY on May 16th.  All participants who register for this course will also be able to attend our Saturday morning classes for free.  Class size is limited to 10 people.  This will be a progressive class designed for beginners. You will improve and maximize your level of fitness to perform well and finish HELL DAY.  The total cost of the class is $149. To reserve your place today email Andy and include the subject heading "April Morning Course". 
  • SET Turd Delaware is coordinating a kayaking trip for anyone who would like to attend.  The trip will take place at Oleta State Park located at 3400 NE 163 St in North Miami on Saturday, March 28th at 11am.  You can rent kayaks for $25 for 3 hours.  For more info email Delaware.  She needs friends people so please join her. 
  • If you have a fat friend or co-worker that needs to get in shape, refer them to SET.  You will get 30% OFF your next month's membership!
  • A 'Pay Per Class' membership is now available.  Recruits that are afraid to commit to a month long membership can now purchase punch cards in 5 or 10 class blocks for $15/class.  For more info please email Andy
