Clear Evolution Warrior!

The new Gateway Warrior is proving to be one of the best overstable mid-range discs on the market; especially in the Clear Evolution plastic. With the thinner flight plate and beefier nose they are much more gyroscopic, giving them MUCH longer spin which results in more glide and penetration, specifically at the end of the flight. The Clear Evolution Warrior is more overstable than previously released Warriors.

 

 

Gateway recently molded four models in the Clear Evolution plastic. This is what all Gateway players have been anxiously awaiting. Check out your favorite model today. Only around 150 of each mold were produced so these are not expected to last long.

The Bob Robertson Memorial was the last PDGA event for Eric McCabe and Jake Newell for the 2008 season. Newell started the first round with an impressive 1053 rated first round and six stroke lead over the entire open field.  In the end it was Eric McCabe on top of the podium winning by two strokes over Discraft & Dynamic Discs teammate Jake Newell. McCabe finished the year undefeated in Texas DD events and plans to continue that streak starting Jan 31st at the DD Winter Warm Up in Lewisville, TX. Other top DD finishers included Nathan Martin, Crispin Carrasco, Chris "SMITTY" Smith, and J.D. Ramirez.
