Firmware Upgrade
In addition to some wonderful software changes, the latest member in the
Livescribe family, the Echo smartpen, was introduced in July. If you
own a Pulse smartpen, rest assured that you will be able to take
advantage of the latest software upgrades by upgrading the firmware on
your Pulse smartpen.
To complete this, install the latest version of Livescribe Desktop, dock your pen, and the firmware update will automatically download to your pen.
This will allow you to enjoy all the latest features, such as improved sharing, password playback, naming your pen, importing/exporting pencasts, and using the application launch line.
Summer Workshop Webinar
Customers who purchased bundles through the spring promotion received invitations this summer to a Summer Workshop Webinar that was held by Livescribe. We realize that some of you were unable to attend, so we are making the first webinar, which was recorded, available to our customers.
A table of contents (TOC) will appear if you move the mouse over the video so that you can navigate to any desired portion. The TOC will disappear if you move the mouse away from the video.
