His design team is housed in a historic building in the heart of downtown Austin where they specialize in residential design. His style is smooth and sophisticated with a distinctive edge. Antiques and Interiors (8719 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77024 ph. # 713.827.8087) has more than 45 dealers and over 9000 square feet of inventory. The vignettes are beautifully displayed and all styles are featured here. There is a lot of stock here. It would be difficult to not find what you are shopping for and the dealers are steadily bringing in new merchandise. It is a great place to visit and just "window shop", even if you are not in the market for something fantastic.
Owner Blake Karambis of Kirby Antiques (2927 Ferndale, Houston, Texas 77098 ph. # 713.520.1600) has recently freshened up his shop with a new coat of paint and a shipment of furnishings from Europe. The selection of Art Deco is some of the best in Houston and Blake has a great eye when purchasing overseas. The showroom has fantastic lighting, accessories, and statues.
