Ginger Barber (2025 West Alabama, Houston, Texas, 77098 ph. # 713.523.1925) of Ginger Barber Interior Design and The Sitting Room is featured in Luxe Interiors + Design Magazine. Her design is the cover story for the Texas edition and is also featured in the international edition, as well. Ginger Barber, the homeowners, and Tom Wilson, the architect, worked closely together to create a home diverse in architectural elements and warm, intimate spaces.  The 10,000 sq. ft. home mixes clean, contemporary lines with unique antique pieces, artwork, and linens. It is a one of a kind estate surrounded by soaring bamboo on the Houston Bayou. Caroline Ellsworth of Caroline Ellsworth Antiques and Interiors (2626 Joanel Street, Houston, Texas, 77027 ph. # 713.817.8616) has created a collection of simply elegant furnishings. These custom benches, dining chairs, and tables are beautifully detailed and have great sophistication. Caroline has a quiet, yet refined style and her pieces are a must for any well-designed interior. Spring has sprung at Indulge! This wonderful design showroom, located at 2903 Saint Street, Houston, Texas 77027 ph. # 713.888.0181, is packed with linens, glassware, dinnerware, accessories, and more. The shop has fantastic tablescapes and it is always a treat shopping here.  The inventory is constantly being added to, so be sure to visit often. You must stop by Brown (2490 Ferndale, Houston, Texas, 77098 ph. #713.522.2151) if you haven't made it by yet.The shop has an amazing feel to it. The antique lighting is the specialty here, but you will also find antique furnishings and oddly wonderful accessories, too. Owner Jill Brown is on a constant hunt for unique inventory and it is clearly evident that she has an eye for the bold and the beautiful. Laura Rathe Fine Art (2707 Colquitt Street, Houston, Texas, 77098 ph. # 713.527.7700) is featuring the work of artist Ray Donley. His art is beautifully haunting and needs to be seen in person to really appreciate his craft.  The show is titled "The Lavish and Squalor Years" and is opening Saturday, May 1st, with a preview showing from 12 to 5 and a cocktail reception from 6 to 9 pm with the artist in attendance. The show will continue through May 29th.

Raymond Alderete (281.630.1457) is one of Houston's finest photographers. He is a favorite here at The Red Vault, as he photographs the majority of our inventory for our dealers and designers. He also shoots for 1stdibs and his work has been featured in several publications. His portfolio includes architecture, design, portraits, and black and white.
