The Red Vault Team has a lot of good news to report on this week.

The traffic on www.TheRedVault.com has gone up considerably and we are pleased to announce that since the past week, we have had over 800 new and unique visitors. That is definitely great news for our dealers and designers!

One of our followers from Sugar Land, Texas sent in a request for dealer location maps which prompted us to add that feature to each dealer's bio page. We are currently working on a mapping program which will pinpoint all dealers on one map which should be available shortly.

Our latest additions include some of Houston's finest "old guard" dealers and several shops that have great merchandise and excellent deals. You will find the following dealers on the bio pages and their inventory will be available shortly.

Ginger Barber has been one of this city's best designers. For years, she has been in the forefront of design and her relaxed, yet sophisticated look is sure to appeal to many. Caroline Ellsworth View Bio

Caroline Ellsworth Antiques and Interiors is based in Houston, Texas at Twenty Six Twenty, 2620 Joanel Street. As a direct importer, Caroline specializes in 18th, 19th, and 20th century Continental furniture, lighting, and decorative objects for the home. Caroline adds more rare and unusually decorative antiques, plus a few one of a kind mid-century modern collector's pieces made and signed by notable artists such as Bagues, Jansen, Karl Springer, Frank Gehry, and including many murano glass chandeliers and sconces as available. She has an uncanny knack for blending antiques with contemporary pieces and also creates beautiful custom pieces. (See photo included for which she added antique doors.)

Joe Mosichuk has been in the antique business for over 20 years. His shop is packed with so many great pieces that it could take you several hours just to go through the inventory. He specializes in the eclectic mix, but is moving towards mid century modern and Hollywood Regency. His clientele ranges from top designers and decorators to everything in between. This is a super gem and a well guarded secret. Joe has found several duplicate sofas and chairs on 1st Dibs which he is offering at half the price of lst Dibs such as the pair of chairs shown here

Memorial Antiques and Interiors View Bio

Come by and browse the 9000 square foot space that carries over 45 dealers. Since opening in October 2006, MAI has carried furniture and accessories that are edgy, current, fine, unique and innovative. MAI Consigned View Bio

MAI Consigned, located a few doors down from MAI, is the place to find not only designer pieces, but incredible prices. The Red Vault Team was in recently and found a wonderful pair of Revival mirrors, wonderful paintings, and a stunning gilt French armchair. Consignments come in on a daily basis. This is the place to shop, not just for the budget conscience, but for the design savvy client, as well.

Eclectic Architecturals has a new shipment from France and Sweden. Owner Sharon Cox will be going on a 2 week buying trip in Spain and France; will be back Feb 18th.

Kirby Antiques has a variety of new shipments from France & Italy.

Mecox has a new shipment of lots of Asian antiques, including an assortment of antique Chinese stools in a variety of shapes and sizes, a beautiful hand painted honey colored antique Chinese Pine buffet and a 90" Elmwood antique Chinese altar table with a solid plank top.
Also received was a variety of Faux Bois furniture pieces for the patio--benches, settee, chairs and a console table.
