We keep the legislative area of the IMRF website up-to-date with legislation that has been introduced, but there are other legislative resources available on our website as well.

You're probably familiar with the Pending Legislation pages (one for House Bills and one for Senate Bills). The bills listed here could affect IMRF if passed. Information for each bill includes a link to the General Assembly as well as to the IMRF Board position paper. These position papers explain why IMRF supports or opposes a bill.
