Suntrust Bank Takes the Lead in Call Center Study
SunTrust Bank placed first in an O'Connor &
Associates "Industry Benchmark" survey. The
biannual report measures the effectiveness of sales
agents who handle inquiries about opening a
checking
account, savings account, CD or applying for a
personal loan.
For the survey, each bank was monitored 100 times
during a thirty-day period. O'Connor & Associates
then completed a twenty-four-question form in the
following categories: Customer Reception, Customer
Rapport, Needs Identification, Professionalism,
Product Knowledge, Cross Selling Capability and
Closing.
