 Update on EFCA
The month of July brought some interesting developments in the debate over the Employee Free Choice Act. Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) was sworn in, providing Democrats with the 60th vote needed to avoid a filibuster. Unions view the seating of Franken, a strong supporter of labor, as a victory and are using this event to renew their EFCA campaign. |
