Reminder - OSHA log posting deadline
As required under OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration), beginning February 1 of each year, covered employers with 10 or more employees must post the OSHA-required Form 300A, which summarizes an employer's reportable injuries and illnesses for the prior year. Read more

Employers encouraged to file for H-1B visas on April 1, 2008
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) expects to see a repeat of the mass H-1B filings made last year. In the absence of congressional action to address the problem, it is likely that the entire quota of H-1B visas allocated for the 2008-09 fiscal year will be reached by applicants filing on April 1, 2008.
