Luck or Blessings?

ople will be talking about the "luck of the Irish."  A true believer is constantly conscious that life in Christ is not one of luck, but rather one of daily, countless blessings. The world is looking for a lucky break, a winning ticket, the mother lode, a quick fix, junk bonds, etc. True accomplishments come the old fashioned way! WORK! As we live in Christ and are obedient to His word, blessings follow just as achievements come from physical and mental endeavors.
Moses gave a beautiful poem in his priestly blessing: (Num. 6:24-26)

The Lord bess you and keep you;
 The Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you.
The Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.

Headaches and burdens often follow "luck." A big win increases taxes; the bigger house doubles maintenance costs; junk bonds can jeopardize a good reputation. Luck can't give us God's gracious, compassionate protection; it can't make His face turn toward us or give us peace. It isn't luck that the world needs; it's His blessing.

Bless Someone Today!

Church Office Seminars
Ch. Office worker
On Feb. 22, 43 church office workers from over 20 churches and 12 different denominations met at Central Community in Wichita, KS for a day of collaboration, instruction, and inspiration. It was a wonderful day! Again on March 1, a similar group met at College Church in Nampa, ID. This niche seminar for church office workers fill a huge  need.. What happens in the office can literally make or break a church or Christian-based organization, and church office workers are the most over-looked church employees.  If you're interested in hosting one of these days, please CLICK HERE for more information, or contact or office.
