We Are Moving to New Facilities
GETI is moving to brand new facilities in order to expand and continue offering exceptional levels of support.
In order to better serve you, we will be implementing upgrades and enhancements to our phone network at our new facilities. These enhancements necessitate a brief, temporary afterhours outage of support for our ISO's and merchants via our call centers on the evening of Friday, May 21st.
There will be NO INTERRUPTION of processing services for merchants.
There will be NO INTERRUPTION of access to Online Reporting.
Technical Support will have limited accessibility beginning on the evening of Friday, May 21st at 5 p.m. until 7 a.m. central time on Monday, May 24th.
Customer Service will not be accessible the evening of Friday, May 21st after 5 p.m. Normal business operations will resume on Monday, May 24th at 7 a.m. central. |
