Authorize.net has recently updated their service agreement. Here are the highlights, plus info on some new services for merchants!

$0.05 batch fee - Transactions up to 250/mo are still free, but batches are $0.05 each. So if you have one batch per day that's a max fee of $1.55 per month. Your batch amount will be deducted automatically from your business account.

This one shouldn't affect any of you, but I'll mention it anyway... $3.00 per month abandoned account fee. Charged only if there are zero transactions on your account for 6 months and your contact info is no longer valid.
Get extra protection, savings, and peace of mind for your credit card processing account (for those who use a physical terminal).

Warranty - Your credit card terminals, printers and PIN Pads are covered against malfunctions due to normal wear and tear.

Free Supplies - Each month you can order a choice of 6 supply items free, including any combination of paper, sales slips, credit slips or a printer ribbon.

Shipping - All Lighthouse orders are shipped same day if received in our Customer Service Department by 1 p.m. PST. We offer FREE ground and 2nd day shipping.

Fast Protection - If your equipment malfunctions, we will have you up and running quickly.* Replacement terminals are shipped to members via 2nd day delivery or you may elect to choose overnight delivery for an additional charge.
