The system is an email program / database of your customers that you can keep updated easily as issues come up, keeping everyone informed. A conversation one rep has with a contact is typed in and is accessible to others for reference for the next time that customer calls in.

Additional features include shared calendars and to-do lists. You can easily add and assign new tasks to different folks in your company to perform.

Support for the following tools were discontinued on December 31, 2008. The tools are still accesible in your control panel, but support is no longer available for them.

  • Website Builder - replaced by SiteXpress (now with ikon forum board and counter support)
  • AlaCart shopping cart
