School Fall Pictures
CCS will be taking fall pictures next week. Please note that different grades are taking pictures on different days. If it rains pictures will be rescheduled for a later date. October 9- Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd Grade October 10- 3rd, 4th, 5th Grade

Garden Club- School BeautificationCome out and volunteer to help beautify our school yard and prepare our outdoor classroom for fall gardening! This Saturday, October 6th we need parent volunteers to help build garden beds, trim hedges, weed and do other yard work. If you can't make it but would still like to help, we could use some items donated: flowers for the pots in front of our school, 2 bags of potting soil, & 2 bags of mulch. If you can help on Saturday, October 6th or would like to donate something, please contact Kelly at kelly.picarsic@gmail.com for more details. 3rd-5th Grade Lego Club The club will meet October 4, 2:30-4:00pm. The club cost $25.00. If interested in enrolling your child or you would like to volunteer, please contact Aubrae Collins if you are interested.

Fall Festival
We are ecstatic to announce our first Annual CCS Fall Festival!!! The CCS fall festival will take place on November 3rd. To make this event a huge success, we are asking our community to help and pitch in.
We are in need of the following donations:
cakes for a cake walk- don't have the time to bake, donate the ingredient (cake mix, oil, icing, goodies for decorations)
old board games
toys
Halloween face paint
Corn husks
Apples
Volunteers
Items we would love to borrow for the event:
carnival games
cotton candy machine
popcorn machine
bounce houses
Caricature artist
kiddie pools tables
Vendors: If you are interested in promoting your business, selling your crafts, or just want to do something fun, Rent a booth. Early bird booth specials are $15 until October 15th.
