We would like to graciously thank all of the parents who are helping us build our community by volunteering within CCS. Part of the Community Committee's goal is to build a community within and outside of our school. We are off to a great start because of those of you who want to be involved in a community. Thank you for completing the volunteer orientation and background checks.

It has been brought to our attention that not everyone who wishes to be able to drive for field trips has received the proper forms. Below you will find the link to these forms.

If you would like to be able to drive for field trips, please submit the completed forms with:

Copy of valid Drivers License
Copy of current automobile Insurance
Copy of valid vehicle registration for the vehicle being used

Forms may be turned into the front office with Mrs. Maureen.
