White Appointed to Serve as Interim Dean

Richard White has been chosen to serve as interim dean of the E. J. Ourso College. White is the college's Marjory B. Ourso Professor and Associate Dean, a professor in the Public Administration Institute and professor for the LSU Flores MBA Program.

Honoré to Keynote Diploma Ceremony

Russel L. Honoré, a retired lieutenant general and 33^rd commanding general of the U.S. First Army at Fort Gillem, Ga., will serve as the keynote speaker for this semester's LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business Diploma Ceremony.

Eric Monday, the vice chancellor for Finance and Administrative Services and chief financial officer at LSU, has been named the Master of Public Administration Alumnus of the Year by the LSU Public Administration Institute.

Marketing PhD Students to Present in NOLA

Jacob Hiler, Linda Liu and Stephanie Mangus, three second-year doctoral students in the LSU Department of Marketing, will present papers at the 2012 Academy of Marketing Science Conference, which is scheduled to be held May 15-20.
