Greetings!
Thank you for your continued partnership and support of the Coalition's medical and dental collaboration efforts. You have received this invitation because of your involvement with the Coalition's medical and dental collaboration initiative, which is made possible through a planning grant from the DentaQuest Foundation. We value your input and participation on this critical issue. As we move into the next phase of this initiative, we invite you to join us on Friday, April 20, 2012, in Richmond at the collaboration forum, "Improving Health through Provider Collaboration." This event will provide a roundtable for you and the rest of our partners to share expertise and identify game-changing solutions that will increase access to oral health prevention services and referrals to dental providers, and, ultimately, improve overall health for Virginians.

Thank you for your commitment to the goals of this initiative and for your willingness to give your time and expertise to the planning process. Our staff and partners have enjoyed meeting with you as we traveled the state speaking with educators, providers, health policy and IT experts, insurance providers and many other knowledgeable professionals. We appreciate you taking the time to share your vision for increased collaboration among health professionals and how that collaboration can benefit overall health.
