As stated in earlier reports, spring is still taking it's time reappearing in the Columbia Valley. With cool temps and light flurries throughout the month of March our turf is still in hibernation mode. We finally have gotten rid of most of the snow, with the exception of the north facing slopes. Copper Point seems to be retaining the snow and moisture a little more so than the Ridge so we have decided to delay Copper Point's opening by one week and stick with the scheduled opening of the Ridge on April 1 (yes, The Ridge is now open).
