NO AFTER SCHOOL CARE
SUMMER VACATION BEGINS!!
|
|
|
Attendance and Year-End Responsibilities |
- Please ensure that students attend school until the last day, June 15th.
- Earlier begin of summer vacation is strongly discouraged!
- If any family has an unusual circumstance the principal and teachers should be made aware of this in a timely manner. Occasionally, a younger sibling is granted permission to attend the graduation of their family member.
- All textbooks, materials and other school property must be returned in good condition. Late fees, replacement cost (+ shipping) and lost materials fees may apply!
- The yearbooks will be distributed on Wednesday. Please do not ask for early distribution as it causes an unfair advantage for some! If you are not here, you may pick them up during summer office hours.
- Report cards will be mailed to your home.
- All fees, tuition and ASC bills must show a zero balance on the student's account no later than Monday, June 11th. Additional administrative charges and late fees may apply if not completed.
|
|
Summer assignments | All returning and incoming students will be given assignments over the summer! These are not "punishments" or "indicators of lack of achievement!" To the contrary, our school is ensuring that every child is ready for the next grade level by maintaining strong skills over the summer in the subjects of:
- Religion - Roman missal - responses
- Mathematics - skills review
- Reading - fluency and comprehension maintenance
By maintaining their skills over the summer and reviewing acquired knowledge in Religion, Math and Reading, our students will return to class, minimizing the back-to-school transition!
We are counting you your support!
All summer assignments will be distributed
by Thursday, June 14th at noon! |
