"Come to the table of plenty!"
| |
Dear Parents and OLF Families,
On a splendid Saturday morning last week, nineteen of our students gathered nervously in the foyer of the church to prepare for mass and their First Eucharist.

Hands folded, they queued up to process in with Father Jack to the "table of plenty". The beautiful mass touched everyone present with a spiritual depth. Many family members experienced an inner peace, when during the homily our Pastor sat surrounded around by all the little children.

It was apparent that our faith permeates all of what we do at home and in school. The fruits of our faith formation were visible as our First Communicants prayed and received the Holy Eucharist.
As parents and catechists, we are moved when we realize the huge responsibility we have to share our faith and guide our children to become engaged in God's beautiful family.
A special "thank you" to you, our parents for your preparation and dedication, to Mr. Rick Hardy and Mrs. Rosa Rama from our Parish, and to Ms. Nelson.
Blessings,
Mrs. Beate Nguyen, M.A. Ed.,
Principal
