Thank you, Father Jack

and Father Paul!

Catholic schools week

Dear Parents and OLF Families,

After a busy week of learning and special activities, our Catholic Schools Week celebration is concluding with Clergy Appreciation Day! We began this important day by praying for Father Jack and Father Paul at the morning School Mass, followed by a special luncheon with the school children.

There is much to celebrate and be thankful for! Our priests lead the parish by being our shepherds, guiding us closer to God, nurturing our children on a path of faith and love, and multi-tasking modern-day, busy schedules. Yet they find time to come to our school, talking to faculty and staff, visiting the children in the classrooms, and listening to parents at various committee meetings.

When school is in session, Father Jack and Father Paul help us understand scripture, church traditions, and the liturgical year by celebrating our Friday School Masses, having reconciliations, and coming to pray with us at special assemblies. They are truly a blessing to the entire school community!  We feel blessed to be part of such a vibrant and dynamic parish!

Thank you Father Jack and Father Paul for all that you do to help our Catholic School be a place of learning about God, a place of prayer for peace, and a place of love for our teacher, Jesus Christ!

Blessings,

Mrs. Beate Nguyen, M.A. Ed.,

Principal
