Auction Thank You! | |
Claudine Schulte and Eileen DaCunha
OLF 2011 Annual Dinner, Dance & Auction
Co-Chairpersons
Dear Our Lady of Fatima Parish School Parents, Parishioners, Families and Friends,
The last 6 months have been quite an undertaking, not only for us as Co-Chairs, but for all the parents, friends and families who helped make the event so spectacular.
April 2nd was a celebration, not only for us, but for all. We celebrated our school, our faculty and staff, our family and friends and most importantly our children. While exact figures are not in just yet, we know that the evening was a success because of the many people who assisted us in bringing the night to fruition.
To the many donors, volunteers and sponsors who made this event a tremendous one - thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
To the wonderful children, community, faculty, parents, Room Angels, solicitors, staff, teachers, and volunteers - you are all amazing! What would we have done without you?
You were with us every step of the way!
A very special thank you to Catherine Feldmann who is the "Basket Queen" - those baskets were beautiful because she made them so...For her support, commitment and friendship, we love you Catherine!
To our core group of volunteers who made the event so spectacular: The Alves Family, Cindy Clark, Ed Duran, Catherine Feldmann, The Dodd Family, The Gibbs Family, Jacqueline Goodreau, The Halas Family, Ms. Lautsch, Mrs. Levinson, Allan Patrick, The Platt Family, Aralu Velasquez, Kris Swart, and the many others who spent time away from their family to ensure this event was a successful one. If we neglected to include anyone our deepest apologies go out to you. There were so many demands placed on each one of you, your dedication, commitment and camaraderie was there every step of the way and very much appreciated.
Additionally, we would like to extend our thanks to the teachers, staff, and faculty of Our Lady of Fatima Parish School. Your support and commitment were overwhelming and we are ever so grateful for all you do.
As a very personal thank you, thank you for all the lovely phone calls, emails and correspondence before and after the auction. We kept plugging away each day because of all of your support. We were so very fortunate to work with each of you, but more importantly to have built so many amazing friendships from the experience. What a wonderful school!
God Bless each of you, and thank you for everything!
Sincerely,
Claudine & Eileen
