Plantation Field International, the best CIC3* east of the Mississippi and part of the PRO Tour Series, is on this week with a bevy of things to do and see for spectators and riders: HUGE Vendor Area, Kids Corner, Tailgating, Jousting Demo, Parade of Mr. Stewart's Cheshire Foxhounds, Tribute to Olympians and so much more!

The PRO Bareback Puissance is back and once again sponsored by Kevin Keane and Sports Medicine Associates of Chester County. Caitlin Silliman, Don Schramm, Ivan Dowling, Caroline Martin and Chris Talley will all compete for $1,000 in prize money. New this year is the Plantation Mechanical Bull Charity Challenge on Friday Night, featuring three event teams and one team each of foxhunters and steeplechase jockeys.

SSG "Go Low For The Dough" Contingency Bonus Awards will be featured in the CIC3*, where it will start off in the dressage phase with $2,500 for the lowest scoring rider wearing SSG Digital or SSG Eventer gloves. The CIC2* is restricted to amateurs and young riders and will have $1,000 on tap in the dressage phase, so make sure to have the right gloves on! $500 in additional contingency award money will be available for each additional phase, and any money not won rolls over!

Riders and Grooms ... have you updated your information on the new PRO website? In addition to the Professional Rider/Groom Directory, the new Bulletin Board features sales horses, syndication opportunities, job openings, and equipment for sale. The new Calendar also allows riders and grooms to post their own events, clinics, etc. Our members requested these features, so please USE them, as they are amongst the most searched pages on the PRO website!
