The Volvo Bromont Three-Day Event was a smashing success with incredible weather and great spectator and sponsor support throughout the competition. Jon Holling and Constance Holling's Downtown Harrison won the PRO Tour Series CCI3* and, as a result, Jon made his first appearance in 2^nd place on the PRO Tour Rider Leaderboard with Phillip Dutton just maintaining his lead by one point.

Downtown Harrison also took over the lead on the PRO Tour HAYGAIN Horse Leader Board. In other leaderboard news Will Coleman has solidified his lead on the Multi Radiance Intermediate Challenge Leader Board.

Karen O'Connor had a great weekend with wins in both the CCI** and CIC3* divisions and Buck Davidson's new ride Copper Beach showed his quality by winning the CCI1*.

Congratulations to all the riders who were selected to represent Canada at the Olympic Games: Rebecca Howard, Hawley Bennett-Awad, Peter Barry, Michele Mueller and Shandiss Wewiora. The USEF has announced the short list for the U.S. Land Rover Eventing Team and the final outing will be at Barbury Castle at the end of June. Congratulations to all riders and owners of horses selected.
