PRO E-News is back with the first edition of the year! PRO is very pleased to announce the release of the PRO Accident & Disability Insurance Plan for professional riders and grooms. The Base Plan is automatic with your membership dues, and for those of you who prefer expanded coverage, an additional Buy-Up plan is available. PRO must provide all member names to Wells Fargo Insurance Services by February 21^st, so now is the time to renew your membership! If you have already renewed, please call me so that we can arrange for the insurance plan.

PRO is also in the process of a complete website redesign. The redesign will take care of the issues we are having with online sign up and will also allow professional riders and grooms to update their listings on the directory, post listings directly on the calendar, and will provide you with a bulletin board for job postings etc. In the meantime, please try using Firefox if you are renewing your membership or, if that doesn't work, please call Samantha.

We are pleased to announce that the PRO Junior Young Rider Training Level Scholarship will be offered again this year. Thank you to Marcia Kulak, Will Faudree, Shannon Lilley and Amy Tryon for each offering a scholarship week to the winning juniors or young riders. Full details will be released shortly.

To our Owner Members, PRO will once again be organizing a course walk with transportation at Rolex. Once our new website is functional, we will also provide you with information on special hotel rates and dinner parties at selected events.

Lastly, as a reminder to riders, the Event Owners Task Force Experience Eventing website is up and we need interested riders to take the time to create a profile of themselves and their prospective syndication horses. There are three categories for available syndication: Elite Rider, Emerging Rider and Future Star. It is very easy to do, but if you have any questions or difficulties, please call Samantha for help.
