As soon as the cage or cage card holder is set on the work-board it is automatically recognized by the RFID-Reader-Strip and shown in the software on the tablet pc. You keep both hands freely for cage and animal manipulations. In the case of more complex events, such as a mating, the database knows the contents of the cages and the position of the cage on the work-board and offers the correct process to be tracked automatically. You only have to confirm the function.
